Daycare Requirements:
- All guests must be at least 4 months old

Spayed or neutered by 6 months old

Non-aggressive toward other dogs and/or people

Snap collar, required for safety reasons
The following vaccines are required:
- DA2PP
- Rabies
- Yearly Bordetella
- Canine Influenza
- 1 year Leptospirosis
Plus:
• Proof of monthly heartworm/intestinal parasite/flea medication
• Yearly negative fecal test

The Cost Of Daycare: |
| Most people purchase a package which reduces the daily cost. The days in the package can be used whenever you choose. Packages are good for one year. |
